Refunds and Remissions Policy

Section 1 - Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of this Policy is to provide guidance to applicants, students and staff on the circumstances in which Southern Cross University will provide refunds and/or remission of debts.

Scope

(2) This Policy applies to all applicants for refunds and/or remission of debt including current and former students of SCU, whether domestic Commonwealth supported or assisted, fee paying or International fee paying.

(4) Southern Cross University will refund or remit tuition fees and excess payments in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation and the Refunds and Remissions Procedures.
