Summary of Changes from Previous Version
Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (the National Code): These include:
- Additional clauses to clarify criteria for accepting a request to transfer, and criteria for rejecting a
request
- Amendments to reflect that the process for transfer has changed under the National Code and is now
automated through the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS).
- Additional clause for students under the age of 18, which requires the releasing and receiving
universities to negotiate the date for the transfer of welfare responsibilities.
