Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Amendments to Policy made following review for currency and accuracy. Amendments have been made to align with the requirements of the ESOS Act and National Code that prohibit the payment of commissions to education agents for students transferring from another provider who hold a visa issued by another provider and have not completed their principal course for which the visa was issued
