Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 1 - Services and Amenities Fees are based on enrolments at either on campus

or off campus locations.

Update reference to internal and external in relation to these rules for accurate

reflection of charging rules.

Clause 7 - Students are able to submit a Request for SA-HELP Assistance right up

until the Fee incurral date (aligned with study period census dates), however

current practice is for the fee due date is one week prior to the incurral date.

Clause 29 - The exemption of PhD, Masters by Research and Professional Doctorate

students will bring SCU in line with policies at 14 other universities, and

encourage course academic progression for students through to higher degree

completions.

Proposal for exemption has been approved by VC and DVC.
