Key changes are: **Membership changes: 1. A new role of Deputy Chair (Students), Academic Board 2. References to chairs of Academic Board sub-committees removed 3. Dean, Graduate Studies added 4. Transfer Director, Teaching and Learning and Vice President (Students) & Registrar to observer status ** Increase terms of office for elected student members from one year to two ** Specify quorum as majority of members (rather than a set number).
