Summary of Changes from Previous Version

31/7/2019 – This document was originally published on 11 September 2018, with an effective date of 1 January 2019. The document was superseded on 27 September 2018 by Version 3 and, as a result, was never in effect. As part of the migration to the new framework the date ranges for the document were amended to remove overlap and ensure all 3 versions (i.e. V1, V2 and V3) publish correctly to the public interface.
