Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Policy has undergone comprehensive review with the following amendments made:
a) expanded scope - clause (3)
b) clarification of relationship to other University policies, eg Sexual Misconduct (Prevention and Response) Policy - clause (11)
c) details of the risk reduction activities to minimise the occurrence and intensity of Student Critical Incidents, including the requirement that commencing students complete the Respect@SCU module - clauses (13) (14)
d) internal reporting requirements - clause (20)
e) assigning Vice-President (Students) and Registrar as responsible Case Manager for all students - clause (22)
f) minor edits for clarity and consistency.
