Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Clause 4 has been amended to clarify and broaden the scope of what may constitute a relationship with the potential to give rise to a conflict of interest. Clause 14 has been updated to reflect the correct title of the Director, Human Resources. It is noted that this in an interim review and update, on the basis that a new Conflict of Interest Policy is currently under development, and that this policy will be replaced by that new policy in due course.
