Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Amendments to these Procedures are required to correct factual errors identified. The changes are largely re-allocation of responsibility or delegation for decision making or action from either the Department of Home Affairs or the Department of Education to the University. The amendments also remove duplication and clarify the appeals processes.
