Summary of Changes from Previous Version

03.11.2021: Clause 5 b i updated to ‘failed (or deemed not yet competent in) 50% or more of the units attempted in any study period’ to align with the requirements of the Course Progress and Completion Within Expected Duration of Study Policy. Clause 9 updated to align with business process regarding Course Coordinator access to Intervention Strategy. 


Approved as minor amendments by Director, Governance Services to maintain document’s currency and accuracy. 


 


15.02.2021: Terminology updated to be consistent with organisational restructure (Faculties). Approved as a minor amendment by Head, Governance Services in accordance with Governance Document Rule. 


 


These amendments change the circumstances in which an onshore international student can be excluded. They need to have failed more than 50% of units attempted in three consecutive sessions.
