Summary of Changes from Previous Version

30.8.23: Version 4 approved by IPC.

9.8.2023: Review date corrected to 3 years from last amendment, that is 7.4.2025. Separately, an updated Plan (draft Version 4) has been submitted to Information and Privacy Commission NSW on 10.8.2023, and will be published in due course, pending IPC feedback and endorsement.

07.04.2022 – the Plan (version 3) has been updated and reviewed by the Information and Privacy Commission NSW.

The Plan has been updated following recommendations from Privacy Commissioner. Minor amendments relate to recorded meetings, access to personal information and disclosure of personal information.
