Summary of Changes from Previous Version
a) replacing the end of Term Assessment Quality Assurance Report with a Grade Distribution Report.
b) removing the requirement for the Assessment Quality Assurance Report to be reported to Faculty Board, Teaching and Learning Committee. New requirement for Associate Dean (Education) or Accreditation Committee to review assessment tasks before approval.
